I spent my last off-day completing this! Wanted to post another tutorial for it,
but i'm too lazy to list the steps, so i'll just list the supplies here, okay? :)
Pages:
- Jenni Bowlin (6 by 6 inches) calendar cards
- Bazzill Basics cardstock (assorted, your choice!)
- Hambly Screen Prints overlays (white and pink mini grids and clearly heavy overlays)
- Ribbons (assorted, your choice!)
Stamps:
- Pink Paislee alphas
- Scenic Route {Appleton} numerals
- Technique Tuesday grid lines
- Laundry Line filmstrip
- Autumn Leaves barcode
Ink (ALL VERSAFINE!):
- Onxy Black
- Vintage Sepia
- Crimson Red
- Deep Lagoon
- Spanish Moss
Tools:
- Zig Writers (teal and red)
- Cutterpede cutter and scorer
- Clear stamping block (for acrylic stamps)
- Crop-A-Dile Big Bite
- Printer and stapler - optional!
All of the above are available at Made With Love :)
For my diary, i used a 6-inch-by-6-inch size, which is quite big.
I also allocated only one date to each page because i wanted it to be an "all-in"
diary that could contain my daily to-do lists, thoughts, journaling, art sketches, ideas,
photo-of-the-week and little bits of inspiration, so i used up a total of 55 pieces of cardstock and the entire diary came up to 4 inches thick!
You can customise yours according to your personal needs!
I also recommend that if you are into making your own calendars and diaries,
invest in a set of alphabet and numeric stamps that you really like instead of
using stickers, because the former will cost less in the long run :)
Have fun!
